Urgent concerns
If you have an urgent child safeguarding concern, please call Family Connect on 01926 414144 and choose the professional option.
Lines are open from:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 9am – 5:00pm
A trained Child and Family Advisor or social worker will then support you through a relational conversation to understand the concerns and take your referral over the phone or signpost you to alternative support services. There are no written referrals required for most professional agencies or organisations.
Some emergency services may still need to provide a written referral. These organisations know this and they will complete and return a Multi-Agency Contact form (MAC) (DOCX, 93.1 KB) and send it to triagehub@warwickshire.gov.uk.

If you think that a child is at immediate risk, contact the police immediately on 999.
Out of hours
