Regulatory Committee
The Regulatory Committee makes decisions about planning applications that include, but are not limited to, mineral extraction, cement works, waste management, village greens, footpath orders and arrangements for various types of appeals. The committee consists of 12 county councillors and meetings are held each month at Shire Hall.
For planning permission applications and approvals under planning conditions, a specific public speaking scheme is in place. Any objectors or supporters can register their interest to speak by email to democraticservices@warwickshire.gov.uk.
