Really excited to be offer HAF activities again this Winter. My programme will focus on performing arts, aerial silks and aerial hoop, acrobatics, singing, acting and confidence building. The children will take part in individual activities as well as group/ team activities. It is important that the children make new friends and are given the opportunity to express themselves in a new and creative way. Each day the children will take part in between 3-4 hours of physical activities (dance, aerial skills, acrobatics etc) 45 min lunch, 15 min morning break, and then the other hour will be split into 2 x 30 min blocks of team building activities, games, challenges and confidence building sessions.
