Your right to cancel a consumer contract made with us under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 applies only in relation to contracts that are not made “face to face”. Contracts for certain goods and services do not allow consumers a right to cancel (for example, goods made to the consumer’s specification), and these will be clearly identified on the website.
There is no right to cancel business to business contracts
You can cancel the contract within 14 days from the day after the date of the contract, in the case of services, or from the day after the date of delivery of the goods for a goods contract. You no not have to give a reason for cancellation.
