Mental Health problems are difficult experiences that as part of everyday life to make it harder for us to get on with our lives. Speak to your doctor if you have been feeling depressed and anxious for more than a few weeks and it is affecting your daily life. The NHS website has advice to support you to feel better and provides details of support organisations.
