  • Kooth is an online mental wellbeing community for young people. 
  • The National Autistic Society has a forum for young people to talk about things they care about. 
  • The Mix Community has forums for young people to get essential support and talk about important issues. 
  • The Autistic Girls Network Group is a community group that campaigns to effect change nationally. 
  • The ADHD UK Group is a positive place to talk about ADHD and how it impacts you.
  • Ambitious about Autism Youth Network is an online space for autistic young people, between the ages of 13-25 to be themselves. The youth network is split into age ranges 13-15 and 16-25 years old to make sure the content is appropriate.
