The Cyber Choices programme was created to help people make informed choices and to use their cyber skills in a legal way. The Cyber Choices programme is split into areas for young people, parents and carers, and for teachers and safeguarding staff.

Left to Their Own Devices? is a 90-minute video based session to help parents address the challenges of the online world. The session explores the impact of the digital world on teenagers and younger children, gives practical advise on screen time, social media and consumer culture and tackles some of the more serious issues such as online bullying, grooming and pornography.
NSPCC Keeping Children Safe Online workshop
The Keeping Children Safe Online workshop provides parents and carers with information about how to support their child in their online world. The 40-minute pre-recorded presentation covers topics such as online bullying, mental health, and social media, as well as signposting to resources and organisations for help and support.
