Families arriving through the UKRS scheme are provided with affordable and sustainable housing by the receiving local authority.
WCC works closely with the District and Borough Councils who are responsible for housing.
Properties are furnished ahead of the family's arrival. In Warwickshire, our housing officer liaises with families to support them to understand their tenancy agreement and their responsibilities around rent payments and upkeep and maintenance of the property.
