People seeking Asylum may get free National Health Service (NHS) healthcare, such as to see a doctor or get hospital treatment. This may include
- free prescriptions for medicine
- free dental care for your teeth
- free eyesight tests
- help paying for glasses
- Midwife
- Health visiting services
SERCO will register you with a local GP as part of your Induction to the local area.
To prove your eligibility for free health care you will need an HC2 certificate.
