How long will my application take?
We will aim to process your application and notify you of the outcome within 15 school days, usually via the parent portal.
However, in some circumstances, this will take longer. For example:
- If you are applying for a place at any of Warwickshire’s grammar schools, your child’s academic ability will need to be assessed to confirm their suitability for a place.
- If your child has been identified as meeting the criteria to be considered for a school place under the Fair Access Protocol, you will be notified as soon as possible and informed of the next steps.
