Imposing a 40 mph speed limit and waiting restrictions on stretches of the A452 Europa Way.
Scheme overview
Under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, we propose to:
- impose a 40 mph speed limit on the length of road mentioned in Schedule 1 below
- prohibit the stopping of vehicles at all times in the lengths of road mentioned in Schedule 2 below.
Schedule 1
40 mph Speed Limit
- A452 Europa Way - From a point 61 metres south-west of the centre of Queensway roundabout, south-westwards for a distance of 632 metres.
Schedule 2
24-hour clearway
- A452 Europa Way - From its junction with Tachbrook Park Drive southwestwards to its junction with Heathcote Lane.
- A452 Europa Way - From its junction with Harbury Lane southwestwards to its junction with A425 Banbury Road.
