Scheme overview
Under Section 65 and 66 of the Highways Act 1980, we propose to convert the existing footway on Hampton Road, Warwick (between its junctions with Goldsmith Avenue and St Laurence Avenue) into a shared-use footway/cycle track as described in more detail in the schedule.
Schedule
- Conversion of footway to cycle track with joint pedestrian use on the northwest side of Hampton Road: The length of footway on the North West side of Hampton Road from the existing Toucan Crossing, 14 metres from Goldsmith Avenue, for a distance of 30 metres, with a width of 3.75m over its length, in a northeasterly direction towards St Laurence Avenue, Warwick.

A copy of the plan showing the proposed location of the shared footway and cycle track, and a statement of the Council’s reasons may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick; and at the Warwick District Council, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa, CV32 5HZ, during usual opening hours.

Objections must be sent so as to be received by 26 July 2018.
