Housing development of land adjacent to the B4100 on both sides, has led to a proposal to change the speed limits as described in the Public Notice.
Scheme overview
Under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Warwickshire County Council proposes to introduce a 40mph speed limit along the B4100 Lighthorne Heath as given in the public notice below. Warwickshire County Council also proposes to introduce a set of pedestrian refuges and one raised table traffic calming feature under sections 90A and 90G respectively of the 1980 Highways Act.
