Reducing the speed limit on a stretch of Loxley Road from 50 mph to 30 mph.
Scheme overview
Under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, we propose to revoke paragraph 8(ii) of The Warwickshire County Council (Loxley Road/Stratford Road, Loxley Lane, Knights Lane, Pimlico Lane, Church Lane Alveston, Kissing Tree Lane Alveston, Alveston Hill, Hunscote Lane and Charlecote Road) (50 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2012 and replace it with the wording in the Schedule. The effect will be to reduce the length of road that will be subject to a 50 mph speed limit.
