Our safety team is putting forward two safety improvement options for residents to consider, I have to advise that the outcome of that previous consultation was inconclusive.

Consultation
I trust you will understand that we would prefer to be given clear guidance from the residents on what they wish to see. Otherwise, the decision falls to the council officers. Decisions may be challenged, as it could be construed by some that such a decision was not in line with the residents’ requirements.
For this reason, we will undertake one last consultation, addressing all residents along the roads affected. Each property will have received a copy of this letter and a voting slip with a pre-paid slip to cover the return costs. The voting slip is to be returned by 1 July 2019.
