You can comment when you view a planning application online.
We also accept comments by letter or email. Please quote the planning reference number and site address.
When you have submitted a comment online, your name and address (but not the content of your submission) will be seen on the web page as an interested party or neighbour.
Your full representation, including names, addresses, signatures and any contact details will be placed on the case file, which is a public record and will be available for inspection by members of the public at the council's offices and may be referred to in any report to the Regulatory Committee.
Make your comments as clear and concise as possible and state the reasons why you wish to support or oppose the proposed development.
