Compass (Connect for Health)

Warwickshire School Nursing offer support for school aged children and young people and their parents/carers. Parents, Schools or GP can refer into this service by emailing connectforhealth@compass-uk.org or calling 03300 245 204. Website - Compass (Connect for Health).

There is also a confidential text messaging service for young people (aged 11-19 years) on 07507 331525 and a Parentline on 07520 619376.

Heads Above The Waves

Free resources for supporting the mental health of young people in schools. School workshops are available (digital and in person) to help with understanding self-harm (these are paid for). Website - hatw.co.uk.

Anna Freud

Offering direct counselling for children and young people and their parents.  Also providing written information and signposting for mental wellbeing. Website - annafreud.org.

Battlescars

Provides virtual peer-support groups and have a peer-support line (This is NOT a crisis/help line). Individuals can self-refer, or be referred by professionals via the Battlescars website.

For ages 10-17: Alumina

Provides a 7-week free online course for children aged 10-17 experiencing self-harm. Website - selfharm.co.uk

For ages 11-25: Kooth

Contains written information around mental health aimed at children and young people (11-25). Also has direct support in the form of 1:1 chat either through text or instant messaging. Website - kooth.com

For ages 11-25: The Mix

Online service available for people aged 11-25, from 4pm-11pm every day, together with a counselling service. Website - themix.org.uk.
