Enrolling on a course
You can enrol online, in person, or (in some cases) by telephone. Please be advised that enrolment is only open at certain times of year.
Please note:
- We can only accept learners who were aged 19 or older on the 31 August preceding their enrolment.
- Most learners are required to have been permanently resident in the UK, the EU or EEA for the last 3 years.
- We are not funded to work with learners who live in the West Midlands Combined Authority area. If you pay your council tax to Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley or Wolverhampton, different fee rates may apply or we may not be able to enrol you. Please contact us for further information.
Access and support
If you would like to learn with us but think you might need extra support – to enrol or while on your course – please let us know so we can discuss your needs. Call us on 01926 736392 or email acl@warwickshire.gov.uk.
Evidence of eligibility
For some courses, including English, Maths, ESOL and some ICT classes, we will need to collect additional information. This may include your National Insurance number and proof of identity (e.g. passport, driving licence or birth certificate). Your tutor or the person dealing with your enrolment can give you more information.
Subcontracting declaration
Warwickshire County Council is funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency to deliver adult learning. This contract is delivered directly by us and we do not subcontract to any other providers.
