Early Support Officer (ESO)
Early Support Officers are available to provide support and advice to lead professionals.
Family Support Duty line
Duty Family Support Worker based within Family Connect 01926 414144 (Monday – Friday 9-4pm) This will enable a family or practitioner to have a same day telephone consultation regarding parenting or behaviour concerns.
Headteacher Coach
The Head Teacher Coach is experienced in Headship, Early Support & Safeguarding. Can be contacted for informal support.
Family Help Network Meetings
Family Help Network Meetings will provide a space for multi-agency professionals working with children, young people, and their families to share information, discuss issues affecting families in their local area, and enhance the Family Help process. These meetings are designed to support and guide practitioners and partners, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities.
Meetings are open to professionals from all agencies working with children, young people, or their families. Representation from all organisations is encouraged, particularly those with Designated Safeguarding Leads.
