Are you eligible?
If you are between five years old and pensionable age and have a disability which lasts for 12 months or more, you may be entitled to a disabled person’s pass. You will only qualify for a Warwickshire pass if your main home is within Warwickshire.
If you have reached state pensionable age, as well as having a disability, you will need to apply for the older person's pass.
It is important to note that not everyone with a disability would qualify for a bus pass. There are seven different categories of qualifying disability listed below - please read through them to see if any of them apply to you. If you qualify under more than one category you can choose which one to apply under.
You will need to provide evidence of your disability with your application.
