Review

  • Regular reviews should be held at least termly and must include parents and the young person. Review should focus on pupil progress, effectiveness of strategies, new information or factors, and the setting of new outcomes 
  • The involvement of additional outside agencies, as well as the Integrated Disability Service Hearing Team may need to be discussed depending on individual needs and progress.  
  • This could be further involvement from the Speech and Language Service if there are additional concerns about language, or the Educational Psychology Service if there are additional concerns about learning and/or SEMH needs.
