Education

Across the UK there are five stages of education: early years, primary, secondary, Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE). Education is compulsory for all children between the ages of 5 (4 in Northern Ireland) and 16. All children in England between the ages of 5 and 16 are entitled to a free place at a state school.

Primary and secondary age children: If your children are  between the ages of 5 and 15, you can apply for a school place via our In-Year admission application.
