8. Procedure for withdrawal

8.1

Once a penalty notice has been issued, it can only be withdrawn in the following circumstances:

It ought not to have been issued i.e. where it has been issued outside the terms of the Code of Conduct or where no offence has been committed; or
It has been issued to the wrong person; or
contains material errors.
