  • The early signs of young people at risk of developing emotional and mental health needs  
  • The effect their own emotions have on the emotions and behaviour of young people in their class 
  • Management of their own emotional well-being to maintain an appropriate work-life balance  
  • The impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on SEMH 
  • The impact of Trauma and Attachment needs on SEMH 
  • Emotion Coaching 
  • Modification of responses to individual young people on the basis of need.  
  • Supporting young people who self-harm.
