Review

  • Regular reviews should be held at least termly with the young person and parents central to this process. Review should focus on pupil progress, effectiveness of strategies, new information or factors and the setting of new outcomes. 
  • The involvement of additional outside agencies, as well as the Vision Support Service may need to be discussed depending on individual need and progress. 
  • This could be further involvement from the Speech and Language Service if there are additional concerns about language or the Educational Psychology Service if there are additional concerns about learning and/or SEMH needs. Please also refer to the other sections of this guidance for more information on meeting learning and SEMH needs.
