Our Fire Leadership Team
Based in Leamington Spa, our Fire Leadership Team is responsible for delivering the Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service on behalf of the Fire Authority.
Ben Brook, Chief Fire Officer
Ben has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Service, ensuring effective delivery of all our duties.
Sally Waldron, Assistant Chief Fire Officer
Sally is responsible for Response and Ethics and Prevention and Risk.
Rob Allen, Assistant Chief Fire Officer
Rob is responsible for Protection and Sustainability and Resilience and People.
We also have three Area Managers and a Service Manager:
- Area Manager, Paul Morley leads on Prevention, Assurance and Risk
- Area Manager, Jon Laight leads on Protection and Sustainability
- Area Manager, Dan Glorioso leads on Response and Ethics
- Service Manager, Claire Greathurst leads on Resillience and People.
