Are Teaching and learning opportunities suitably differentiated to take into account  physical and/or medical needs?
Are appropriate levels of intellectual challenge and support for individuals consistently provided?   
Are the sensory and physical demands of the curriculum adjusted, if required, in order to improve access differentiated through:  
- Task?
- Outcome?
- Teaching materials?  
Is additional support for personal care available to the young person as appropriate, such as dressing and toileting?
