Curriculum Content
Teachers to consider the following:
- Are Teaching and learning opportunities suitably differentiated to take into account physical and/or medical needs?
- Are appropriate levels of intellectual challenge and support for individuals consistently provided?
- Are the sensory and physical demands of the curriculum adjusted, if required, in order to improve access differentiated through:
- Task?
- Outcome?
- Teaching materials?
- Is additional support for personal care available to the young person as appropriate, such as dressing and toileting?
