The Violet Project
Online support group for people who care for someone who self-harms. The Violet Project website also contains written advice for those supporting people who are self-harming and a bereavement support group for those affected by suicide.

Staying Safe
The Staying Safe website is aimed at suicidal adults but is also useful for young people who self-harm including videos/information on distracting oneself from distressing thoughts and making a safety plan.
Harmless
Contains written information on self-harm for individuals affected and their families/friends, and is a useful resource hub for professionals. Harmless do provide direct clinical support but not to out-of-area referrals currently, so residents from Coventry and Warwickshire would not be eligible. Website - Harmless.
