We are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive organisation so people feel that they belong and can bring their whole self to work.
One of the ways we support this is through the development our Employee Forums who raise awareness to colleagues, and provide the opportunity of inclusion, as well as being an amazing tool to offer support to each other.

We know that having time off is important for your wellbeing, so all our people have a generous annual leave entitlement of 23 to 31 days (depending on the length of service) plus bank holidays.
Family friendly
We put children and families at the heart of everything we do so we know how important maternity, paternity and adoption leave is. Our policies provide enhancements over and above the statutory allowances.

Apprenticeships are a valuable part of our learning and development package. They are available to all our people regardless of age and length of service. They ensure our teams have the practical skills and qualifications they need now, and in the future.

Building the Warwickshire community
Staff Networks
We recognise the power of staff networks to improve the wellbeing of our employees, and the culture of our organisation. We recognise that the people who work for us are our greatest asset and when they feel valued, included, safe and supported, this positivity reaches the people we are here for. Such groups provide members with the opportunity to support one another, connect, and discuss prevalent issues and enact change.
Our staff networks are run by employees for employees, with administrative support from the EDI team.
Pennies from Heaven
Pennies from Heaven is a scheme inviting you to round down your pay to the nearest pound and donate the pennies to our nominated charities. Since 2006 Warwickshire current and retired employees have raised £366,000 for our charities.
Warwickshire is a community to be proud of.
