A range of improvements including; dualling of the link road that connects the two roundabouts, new street lighting, updated road marking layout, new signalised pedestrian crossings, realignment of the existing footways, new kerbs and footways and new highway drainage. Construction of a new retaining structure on Clifford Lane to facilitate the new road layout, construction of new bus stop laybys, new landscaping and resurfacing of the existing carriageway and constructing new areas of carriageway. |

Anne Clewley, Head Teacher at Alveston C of E Primary School said: "We're very pleased with the improvements on Knights Lane which have been implemented by Warwickshire County Council. These improvements allow our pupils and families to walk to school safely, so we are thankful for the work that has been undertaken."
Evesham Road B439 - Scheme Complete November 2023
Evesham Roundabout scheme is a S278 developer funded scheme to deliver the improvements identified in the planning permission associated with the Bloor Homes & Hallam Land Management development on land west of Shottery (Application no. 09/02196/OUT).
